Cancellation Penalties

Cancellation: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations must be submitted in writing via "Cancel Reservation" and sent to beedestinationz@yahooo.com. Cancellation fees will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following days prior to departure. Fees will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount received, excluding Travel Protection, previously assessed fees, and ticketed airfare. Cancellation fees will not be less than the initial non-refundable deposit. The travel protection plan premium is non-refundable after a 10-day review period.

Cancellation Fees for all Reservations, except where specified:

Up to 91 days prior to departure: $300 per person

90 to 31 days prior to departure: 50%

30 to 2 days prior to departure: 90%

1 day or less prior to departure: 100%

Travelers Must Have Proper Travel Documents

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.
